Website redesign

A redesign that keeps the search rankings you already paid for

We rebuild sites that still load but no longer sell, without discarding the visibility you spent years earning. Three to five weeks, 1,000 € to 6,000 € excluding VAT with the brand refresh included, and every existing URL either kept or redirected before launch day. A traditional agency quotes 4,000 € to 22,500 € for the same job.

The risk nobody quotes for

Most redesigns lose traffic in their first month

The design is approved, the new site goes live, everyone is pleased with it. Then the addresses changed. Pages that took four years to rank now return a 404, the sitemap still points at URLs nobody can reach, and the page titles were rewritten by someone who never opened the search data. Traffic falls. It usually takes six weeks before anyone connects the two events, and by then the recovery work costs more than the redesign did.

What we commit to

Four things we will not trade away

A new look is the easy part of this. These are the commitments that decide whether the redesign was worth it a year later.

The rankings survive the move

Every address on your current site is inventoried before anything is designed, mapped to its replacement, then checked again the week after launch. Nothing disappears by accident.

Brand refresh in the price

Logo, colors, type and the way you describe yourself are revisited inside the same engagement. You do not hire a second supplier to make the new site look like you.

Under 2.5 seconds on a phone

That is the number we build against, measured on a mid-range handset over 4G. Your current site almost certainly misses it, which is one reason a planned redesign tends to gain search visibility rather than lose it.

Yours at delivery, all of it

Repository, domain, hosting, analytics. No license to renew, nothing kept back to hold over you, and moving to another studio takes an afternoon.

The diagnosis

Signs it is time

Three of these and your site is costing you more customers than it brings in. Five and it has been doing so for a while.

  • Traffic arrives on a phone and leaves within seconds
  • Anything at all takes more than three seconds to appear on screen
  • The design places you a decade behind the companies you compete against
  • You cannot change a price or a paragraph without emailing someone
  • Sales sends PDFs because the site does not explain the offer well enough
  • Three years of pages have been added and nobody revisited the structure
  • AI assistants describe your business wrong, or cannot describe it at all
  • You quietly hope a prospect will not open the site during a call

How it runs

Nothing lost on the way across

Four steps. The redirect map is written in step two, before design, because a plan made after the build is a plan made under deadline pressure.

  1. Free audit of what exists

We crawl the current site, pull the pages that actually earn traffic, and measure the load on a phone. The audit is yours even if you stop there.

  2. Redirect map before any pixel

Every old URL gets a destination on the new site: kept, merged, or redirected with a 301. The map is written before design starts, so nothing gets quietly dropped later to save a day.

  3. Design you approve, then the build

You see the new site before it exists. Then it is built in React and TypeScript, with AI drafting each file and a senior engineer reviewing it line by line.

  4. Launch and verification

Redirects go live with the site and the sitemap goes back to Search Console. The following week we walk the old URL inventory to confirm every address lands where it should. Support runs 30 days past launch.

Honestly

When a redesign is the wrong thing to buy

Sometimes the design is the least broken part of the business. If your pages convert the visitors they get and the real shortage is visitors, a new site changes the wrapping and leaves the problem sitting there; search and content work is a separate retainer, from 500 € per month excluding VAT with a three-month minimum, and we will say that on the call rather than sell you a rebuild. The same answer applies when the copy is the issue. A site that fails to explain what you sell will fail just as politely in a beautiful new template, and rewriting the pages you already have costs a fraction of rebuilding them. And if you are six months from a name change, an acquisition or a new pricing model, wait. Paying for two redesigns is a strange way to save money on one.
