This page is maintained by SMARTCREA to answer the usual security and privacy questions about the site and the estimate simulator. It is editorial content maintained by SMARTCREA. It is not an independent certification.

Shared responsibility

SMARTCREA relies on infrastructure providers (in particular Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase) which supply platform functions: hosting, database, server functions, authentication. The application configuration, the access rules and the handling of client information are the responsibility of SMARTCREA.

Access & authentication

  • The public site does not require a user account.
  • Administrator access to the internal tools (back office, database) is restricted to the SMARTCREA team through dedicated credentials.
  • Sensitive server-side functions are protected: only authorized internal APIs can run them (anonymous or signed-in visitors cannot call them directly).

Hosting & platform

  • The site is hosted on the Lovable infrastructure.
  • The database and the server functions are managed through Lovable Cloud.
  • Communications between your browser and the site are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).

Data collected

The only personal data collected is the data you send us voluntarily through the estimate simulator or the contact form: name, email, and information about your project. For the detail of the purposes and of your rights, see the Privacy policy.

Subprocessors & integrations

  • Lovable / Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, server functions.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-bot protection for the forms.
  • Resend — sending transactional emails (estimates, acknowledgements of receipt).

Cookies & analytics

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for it to work properly. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is placed without your explicit consent.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept for a maximum period of 3 years from the last contact. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time by writing to jobbymakers@gmail.com.

Privacy requests

To exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), write to jobbymakers@gmail.com. See the Privacy policy for the detail.

Security contact & vulnerability reporting

If you believe you have found a vulnerability on the site, please write to us first at jobbymakers@gmail.com with a description of the problem and the steps to reproduce it. We will look into your report as quickly as we can.

SMARTCREA applies the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the personal data collected through this site. This page is not an attestation of independent certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001, and the like).
